What began as a modest Paneer & Khoa manufacturing venture has since blossomed into a diversified, multi-product brand. In the present day, Vintage Dairy stands as a symbol of purity in the Indian market, having meticulously crafted a reputation and heritage steeped in the essence of genuine traditional flavors.
The union of the Vintage and Varuna brands, which took place in the year 1995, marked the genesis of a remarkable journey. This journey has been defined by relentless dedication to delivering authentic taste and quality, earning the enduring loyalty of countless patrons.
While milk has long been lauded for its role in maintaining bone density, fostering muscle growth, and being a rich source of essential B vitamins, it’s important to acknowledge that some traditional milk production methods may not always align with the highest standards of quality and purity.

Meet Our Expert Artisans
Mr H.N. Nanjappa - Managing Director
Shri Nanjappa has been in the dairy farming industry since last 30 years and has been well versed with the established practices and markets governing the industry. He has brought in his knowledge and expertise to evolve novel methods and practices in making dairy products. Combined with experience is his steady vision to see the company grow in leaps and bounds and establish market share in the industry. He is in-charge of procurement and processing divisions. His formal qualification is SSLC.
Mr H.N. Umesh - Director
Shri Umesh has also been part of the industry for a long span of around 25 years years and is hand in glove with the industry having rich experience coupled with good knowledge of the markets. His social contacts and knowledge about the people in the region has further enhanced the marketability of Hemaganga Food Products. He has been instrumental in procuring large orders and effectively delivered the required amounts of products to the customers and won their trust and goodwill. As part of the expansion, he has believed that there is great potential for milk and milk products based on assurances and demands of existing customer base. He is in-charge of the marketing division. His formal education is ITI.
Mr Mukunda - Director
Shri Mukunda, BCom., Grad. CMA, FCA, DISA is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is the founding partner of MS & Associates. Ever since he began his CA practice in 2005, he is associated with Vintage and built a stronghold in key technical areas such as accounting and taxation. Further, he has been in the forefront for business development and key managerial decisions. His contributions has opened up tremendous growth opportunities to lead towards future project expansion of the Company.
Mr Shiva Prakash H S - Director
Shri Shiva Prakash H S, BCom., Grad. CMA, FCA, DISA also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and senior partner in MS & Associates has joined hands with the Company to strengthen the financial expertise. He has played a key role in moduling the compliance requirements of the Company. His consultancy has played a pivotal role in reforming the organizational structural and has enabled the Company to expand its business operations, ensuring that the fundamentals through his expertise is unshakable.
Mr Krishnaprasad B S - Director Finance
Shri Krishnaprasad B S, BCom., Grad. is associated with the Company since 2019. He comes with rich experience of around 30 years in the industry of manufacturing, having power headed companies like TE Connectivity and Wipro. He has been the major guiding force in reforming the business operations and deploying strategies for expansion in all facets. He has taken the brand VINTAGE to the next level by pouring out his experience in business management. The Company is repeaing benefits from his accumulated experiences of manufacturing industry and this has paved the way for the Company to edge over its competitors in the market. He is, undoubtedly the think tank of the Company in overall business management and has extended unconditional support in raising the ethical working standards of the Company.
